Today Eminem and Skylar Grey performed at the SNL. We all waited for something fresh from Marshall, the fans’ hopes were way up.
Starting from another single to an official announcement of when the album is going to finally drop. But Eminem gave us just the Walk On Water track, but he masterfully tied it to a verse of Stan, which was followed by an excerpt of Love the Way You Lie. The performance was kinda reminiscent of the MTV EMAs.
Skylar Grey masterfully gave her voice to replace Beyonce, Dido and Rihanna on all three tracks.
Of course we hoped for something more. But let’s get real. This is Eminem and each and every one of his performances is a precious jewel.
Let’s just be patient and let him do his job. It’s what he’s best at.
