Justin Timberlake’s 20/20 Experience was the best-selling album of 2013, according to Nielsen SoundScan, as reported by billboard.com.

Timberlake’s album sold 2.43 million albums last year, as per billboard.com. It was the only album to sell more than 2 million copies in 2013.

20/20 and Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III, which was the best-selling album of 2008 with 2.87 million copies, are the only best-selling albums of a year to sell less than 3 million copies since SoundScan began tracking music sales in 1991, billboard.com reports.

The second-highest selling album of 2013 was Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which sold 1.73 million copies. The Detroit rapper had the best-selling album of 2010 with Recovery, which sold 3.4 million copies that year.

Drake’s Nothing Was The Same album is the seventh best-selling album of 2013. It sold 1.34 million copies. Despite being released December 14, Beyonce’s self-titled album is the #8 album overall and the best-selling album from a woman of 2013. It sold 1.3 million units.

Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” single, which featured Pharrell and T.I., was the best-selling song of 2013. It sold 6.5 million copies. “Thrift Shop” by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis sold 6.15 million copies, making it the second-best-selling song of 2013. “Blurred Lines” and “Thrift Shop” are among the 26 songs to have sold more than 6 million units in music history, billboard.com reports.

“Can’t Hold Us,” also by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, sold 4.26 million units, which made it the #8 best-selling song of 2013.
